Degree Requirements

Earn your B.S. in Organizational Leadership in 120 credit hours:

  • 45 hours of general education
  • 44 hours of organizational management
  • 31 hours of electives, transfer credits or Professional Education credits

Tuition & Financial Aid

Tuition is $435 per credit and there is a resource fee of $220 per semester.* Students transferring credit hours or those that have completed Professional Education Credits may be eligible to reduce the number of credit hours needed. For assistance with tuition contact or

Financial aid may include work study programs and student loans. Students must apply for financial aid each year at to determine eligibility. Contact with all financial aid questions.

Transfer Credits

Courses completed at an accredited institution may be eligible for transfer credit. Students who have completed an Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree will receive a course-by-course evaluation to determine the number of eligible transfer credits.

Professional education credits may be granted for active or inactive certificates or licenses, professional training programs, military training programs, non-traditional coursework, or case studies.

Up to 42 transfer and professional education credits will be accepted for this degree. A $100 non-refundable fee per approved credit will be charged.

How to Apply

In order to apply to the program, students must submit the online application and pay the $35 non-refundable fee, complete a writing assignment, and online students must provide a federal or state issued photo ID. A high school transcript is not required if students have at least 12 transferable college credits from a regionally accredited university.
