The MS in Leadership is a 36 graduate credit hour program, typically completed in 24 months.
Students choose one of three tracks – Corporate, Nonprofit or Organizational Leadership. Online students follow the Organizational Leadership track.
Tuition & Financial Aid
Estimated tuition for the MS in Leadership program is $22,920 in West Palm Beach. The cost of tuition is calculated based on 36 credit hours needed to complete the degree at $600 per credit and a resource fee of $220 per semester. The First Responder Scholarship is available to full-time employees of Fire and Rescue, Police, and Emergency Medical Technicians who are enrolled in PBA’s BS in Organizational Management or MS in Leadership. This $2,500 scholarship will be evenly awarded over the course of 5 semesters at $500 per semester. To apply, contact your Graduate Admission counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How to Apply
To apply for the MS in Leadership program, applicants must have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited university with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
Applicants must submit the following:
- Online application and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended
- Two confidential leadership recommendations
- Two essay responses
- A current resume
- Faculty interview
